isn't that the craftable necklace from the dawnguard dlc? 99% sure it is. if not, it looks nearly identical. it looks like an HD version of it.

I'll give you an advice too. You see those dumb dumbs asking for skin mods? Their wasting alot of time. You're better off searching textures on the Nexus, and perhaps here too, instead of trying to copy other people's characters. No seriously. Without the knowledge some of the old Skyrim modders have, and not being able to get visually similar to other people's works as a result (other than spamming questions) you're pretty much wasting your own time.

Try as I might... Close, but not quite.  Trying to replicate the face from the first image below, but just can't seem to get it.

 

 

Mostly just using the Breton preset #1 and changed hair, mouth, eyes, and nose (bewbs, buttz).  Apparently I'm not a good judge of the rest of the face (shape, etc), or just newb to it, so I left that alone.  In RaceMenu I used preset mouth 12, nose 1, eye shape 20 with a few tweaks.. but I feel like all 3 of them are off, as is probably her face shape.

 

And I know it might be asking a lot, but if anyone has any opinion or advice on what I could do better to closer match these two, it would be a GIANT help, and tremendously appreciated.  Or if anyone is even feeling particularly generous, and felt like taking a crack at replicating it themselves, I certainly won't stop you and would be very grateful lol.

 

Excuse her silly temporary name.. "Scarlett Johandjob" xD  I plan on making quite a few changes still.. hair type and color, expression probably, etc.  But just really wanted the above face as a reference, as it is beyond superb.  Let me know if anyone can help, even if just a little!  Thanks.

EDIT:  I think part of the problem is I'm still not sure what face texture is being used... I don't think it's SG textures renewal, like the body.  I think it's a separate one of the face.  Not sure where that "beauty mark" came from either, although not a big deal.

Showing off a lot at moment. Next two weeks or so going be another Dead or Alive outfit. Very predictable pattern never dies.

She is a Nord race, made with ECE. So you won't get the same look using Breton or RaceMenu. It just won't happen.

 

The skin is SG Textures definitely, it's the ENB they are using that makes it look different. Which I don't know which ENB they are using sorry. But if you are going to try to recreate her, you'll have to end up switching to ECE. You just won't get the same results via RaceMenu.

Ahh.. See that little detail, is one I had no idea about lol.  Didn't realize she was a Nord at all...  I have no problem switching back to ECE and picking Nord.

 

I'm not sure what you mean exactly by ENB though?  Is there a list of whatever these are somewhere that I could use through trial and error?

Wow, what is ENB? I don't think I've ever had to explain that before. Most people know. lol

 

 

ENB are graphic modifications in a sense. While they don't edit any textures or anything like that, they overhaul the general appearance of Skyrim as a whole. They add all kinds of new effects to enhance the graphics of a game to make it really "pop" so to say.

 

I'm sure you've probably come across them a few times on the Nexus. Those are all different presets of ENBs that players have tuned to their liking. And depending on the ENB, they can be either very performance friendly, mid performance, and high quality (less performance friendly). They will add an extra bit of strain, causing minor FPS drop (depending on the ENB, could be major if you use a high-end one).

 

That's why you see pictures that look like this:

 

And you think to yourself "My Skyrim looks NOTHING like that, how the....". It's ENB that does that. Gives it that "fresh" look.

 

 

But ENB is all preference. Different tastes for different people. If you have the system for it, go with the higher end stuff. Obviously if you got a nice rig, you'll barely get an FPS hit (just incase, FPS is your frames per second. Lag some like to call it). But if you have a lower end system, you'll want to find performance friendly ENBs. And if you have a REALLY low end system, playing Skyrim normally on low or medium settings, I wouldn't recommend an ENB at all. ENB are mostly designed for those who can play Skyrim on High or Ultra settings with little to no issues.

 

But feel free to browse around the Nexus for an ENB if you can handle it. There is even a category for them, so just go to the files tab and categories, scroll down till you see ENB, and browse away. You'll see how they all offer different looks for your game. Some performance friendly, while others are more performance intensive.

I can already see a tremendous difference in the Nord race.. I honestly didn't think races would end up being that different from each other, other than like a beast or elf race obviously.  Good stuff Bethesda...  But yeah, it's the chin that has the biggest difference by far, and that's actually what was bothering me the most about the character build before.

 

And come to think of it I have seen ENBs around.  I actually even downloaded one (didn't realize that's what it was til now lol), but never installed it because it required quite a few extra steps... Might have to check that out now.

 

Anyway, thanks a lot!  My character is looking better and better already, just having a tough time figuring out which mouth was used... and my OCD is getting the better of me xD
