New way to upgrade idea

It'd be nice to have a mod that allows you to uprade your gear by level instead of rank. Instead of legendary why not 18? For instance use a multiplier. 


1x leather to uprade then 2, 3, 5, 8, 12, 18, 27, 41, 62, 93, 140, 210, 315, 473


x1.5 rouded multiplier. 


Armor and weapons become x1.1 x1.2 x1.3 x1.4 


Level 20 max perhaps


Smithing level unlocks new abilities to level equipment. If smithing is 5 level 1 is max. smithing 10 = level 2 max.
