Ok I have to say I was not a bondage item's fan till I played this mod so thank you for opening my eyes. :D

I'm getting the following:

I've updated assets (even though I was already using it fine on a different MO profile) but it hasn't made any difference.


 


From what I can tell, everything works fine - it's just getting annoying seeing the error on every load.

It's an interesting mod so far. I signed onto it to check out the nipple piercings mainly, and see if it could help me solve an issue with Newmillers' nipple piercings. I ended up finding out that it's actually b3lisario's UNPB TBB pregnancy mod that deflates the breasts slightly and ends up making the piercings "float". Uninstalling it fixes that for both mods, but only while they're still naked. The piercings still "float" over armor. Do you know what could cause that?


 


As of right now, I decided to reinstall the pregnancy node since all the other piercings in both mods (vaginal, clit, and navel) work perfectly find with it and even with each other (his breast piercings can stack on top of your's, but your breast piercings get rid of his navel ones.

From what I can tell, everything works fine - it's just getting annoying seeing the error on every load.

You're running an old mod, that overwrites some of DD's data. I don't recall the name of the mod off hand. Update all mods that are dependent upon DD.

 

It's an interesting mod so far. I signed onto it to check out the nipple piercings mainly, and see if it could help me solve an issue with Newmillers' nipple piercings. The piercings are designed to fit very specific body types: Any variance from the exact mesh they were designed for will result in misalignment. 

 

Regarding the piercings floating over armor: DD includes a feature to prevent this from happening, actually (The Device Hider). If you're seeing DD's piercings floating over your armor, you've likely disabled this.

Hi,
I'm not sure whether this has to do with devices or death alternative, but something between them has caused a few issues.
 

Scenario: Went to the blackbriars estate as part of the thieves guild quest. I had no devices equipped as i remember, and had only just installed the mods (death alternative + most of the devious things) along side defeat which i had for a couple of days. A fight ensues, i get enslaved after bleeding out and devices including armbinder and possibly slave collar is equipped.

 

All good so far. I have a succubus mod (PSQ) and used it while he was sleeping to kill the master. He dies and i take all my inventory. Still all good, but a few of my devices are still equipped and so i am HELPLESS (ie deviously helpless trigger conditions). I go outside, female blackbriar takes advantage of helplessness. I think i am then robbed again by said person, but without death alternative blackout and I run away to riften.

 

I mooch about in riften trying to free myself of things (i get my armbinders off) and then blackbriar comes charging thru the gate fighting guards and rapes my character. I ran away but didn't save it and reloaded my save from when i entered riften looking to get my armbinders off. I decide its time to take off my devices (mainly because i then installed DD for masses and the config wont open when devices or maybe just the belt are attached) so i went to winterhold and got the booke, crafted some keys, and used the console to get keys to get the restraints off. However none of the three keys (2 kinds of restraint key and one high restraint key) got the slave collar off.... (my legs cuffs also have strange bug where i could freely equip/unequip them form my inventory but they remained on my character, and when i dropped them, they disappeared from my inventory but not onto the floor, and i can still see them attached to my chars legs).

So i then assumed that the blackbriar had a specific key for the collar, but i cant find her anywhere, she hasn't come after me, and the place i first found her is deserted. I also noticed that when I looked in my skyrim bound mcm it says "You already have a master!". Also after some testing when i was next enslaved after bleeding out, i was stripped of all possessions, but the master who should have had them didn't and so after he died i was left without any gear. I'm not certain but this might be to do with already having a master. Maybe you can have many? I don't know.

 

So basically what i'm asking is whether there is any way to clear master status and/or a way get a get to get this collar off (console maybe?) and possibly any way of getting the leg cuffs off although that's not too much of an issue. I don't really care about any of the gear that was taken from me by the blackbriar, i just want the enslavement part of death alternative to work properly. I can post the full modlist and or plugin load order if that's helpful?

Howdy.


 


 So ... I was tooling along enjoying the updated mod and discovered that I couldn't communicate through the gag in 2.8.2 with the gag system that was integrated. Mmph. Mmph. Mmph. all the time. haha.


 


 I feel like an idiot but I had Gags+ still in my mod list. I can't figure out why I still had it there but there it was. Must have missed it, repeatedly, when testing and then removing numerous and various mods.


 


 Anyway, big conflict. Can't communicate verbally with Gags+ and this awesome mod running. At all. Mmph mmph mmph.


 


 Just thought I'd drop a quick line here about that in case anyone else runs into the same problem and it hasn't been covered already. Short on time this morning so I didn't go through all the posts. lol. Disabled gags+ and problem solved.

Can you craft every devious device with this mod? Do the quests unlock other crafting options?

Here is a DD items display bug on followers.


I have Death Alternative (DA) installed without SD+, and use AFT to manage followers.


One of my follower wore some DD items and she was forced to be dismissed when my PC blackout. Afterward I asked her to join my party again.


Here comes the problem.


Generally a dismissed follower will automatically unequip all player's equipments, but obviously she can't remove those DD items. I confirmed that fact both in game and by console.


The script is still running because they can't be taken off without the keys. However none of those items, although both inventory item and script item are equipped, can be displayed properly.

Thanks for the report. Gags+ is in need of some love, as it is rather outdated (Given that it's author no longer actively produces content).

The restraints are very resistant to being unequipped and all dismissing them would do is restore the original outfit. You should be able to use AFT's outfit management options to remove the devices but you will need the keys to do so.

An outfit is a list of items that is the npc's default clothing, if it is removed entirely or the npc resets it will be returned to them and equipped. I believe that when you activate the npc's outfit management it changes it to an empty list so you can put whatever you want on them (and why they end up naked from time to time).

 

Making changes to the outfit using AFT won't cause any issues with Integration (I do it myself) whether you add or remove them from it. The only part of the items added to the outfit are the Inventory pieces so you can remove them from the outfit list and when Integration reapplies them they should be part of their normal inventory. When you start managing the outfit for that npc since the outfit list is cleared anything they have will show  up in their regular inventory so you should not have to go an remove them from it yourself.

 

If they still don't show up, you can probably trigger the reequip function from Integration by removing the inventory item manually in the console, then they should show up normally.

I'm having issues extracting this file after downloading it. It shows that it is a *.rar. When it is downloaded it shows it is a *.tgz file. WipZip gives me an error saying it isn't a valid archive format and will not extract the file. Is anyone one else having a problem or have a work a round? I've tried changing the file to a .rar and .7z but it still wouldn't open.

Just downloaded this to check it myself. Works fine for me; The issue is on your end. Try 7zip.

I'm having issues extracting this file after downloading it. It shows that it is a *.rar. When it is downloaded it shows it is a *.tgz file. WipZip gives me an error saying it isn't a valid archive format and will not extract the file. Is anyone one else having a problem or have a work a round? I've tried changing the file to a .rar and .7z but it still wouldn't open. 

 

RAR Files on this site usually come down as a solitare8 game file for me.  I just change the extension back to rar and it works for me.  I also use 7zip to open them.

You really need to consider putting in some debug option to force completion of the quests or force remove the items. I was quite unamused when I ended up getting homoraped by Urug when I needed to see him for a vanilla quest - then shrug and say "Well I'll go to the forge and make a key to get out of this, no harm done" - only to find out that no, I'm railroaded by story to run all over Skyrim, Soltheim, and Falskaar to try and find Zed and then he glitches out and stops talking to me and the quest doesn't update.


 


I said fuck this eventually, and had to delete two hours of actual Skyrim questing just to get back to being able to play with everything else I do normally, because going to the forge to find out the key doesn't work for storybelt overwrote all my autosaves.

Actually, it was following Sheogorath's Mind of Madness that a quest for "Well that was a fun time, talk to Urag for more" popped up and directed me to him. Which considering that I had played this mod last week some time, was understandably something I associated with either a Vanilla update or some other mod entirely.

 

I'm still not sure if the implication of Sheogorath Round 2 is your quest or not, or if for some reason it randomly spawned at that time, or if it was someone else's quest. All I know was that I went to him for that and essentially got myself jumped with this other stuff I hadn't been expecting.

Does the "Forbidden Tome" quest not start or trigger if you're already locked into a Chastity Belt (Free Trial belt from CD)? I've found the bookshelf, updated ZaZ to 6.01, but the quest does not start at all.
