Did anyone know about this whip mod or where it can be found?

Ok, so I googled oblivion whip mod an found a vid on U-Tube with a working whip for oblivion, then problem, the site to link is blocked, so I did some research an found out , its a german modder named Snusmumriken  so I figured I would share what I found out so far if anyone wants to try see if maybe they can find an alternative download for this mod or even try to get it uploaded to this site, I will keep digging, its very nicely done, kudos to Snusmumriken.
