is there a save or preset of zoey from l4d for Fallout NV anywhere?

I do not think so, closest model "rip" made of her is for GMOD and SFM , I have never seen a Facegen ,NPC or saved game made of her.

A very late reply but there is a mod on VGUNetwork called "Faceoff" that includes zoey from L4D. All the faces are masks though so no helmets or hats
