Realism mods?

Pretty much what the title says. Could you guys recommend me any realism mods for Oblivion?

I've already have Basic Primary Needs and I have to say that it enhances the gameplay drastically instead of being annoying like some people say. I was looking for other ways to feel more immersed.

That's a great list, thanks. I forgot to mention I also use OOO as well which apparently adds some things to enhanced the realism (I think it changes the AI so that vanilla NPCs aren't so stupid... not sure, though).
