3rd person veiw?

Is there a mod to view your character in 3rd person from any angle like in skyrim?

Trying to remember it is one of the buttons like r or f hold it down to get it to activate use mouse wheel to change you postion to 2nd or third person. The viewing is a lot different then it was in oblivion in oblivion you could watch your self in tfc mode but in skyrim it is done differently and going into tfc makes the player stop walking/riding forward
