NPC Clothing replacer mod

Hi im trying to find a mod tha ti used to use for oblivion that replaced what all the female  npc wore to something sexier now i cant seem to find it...

 

It is NOT Colorwheel's overhaul... i know that for sure i installed it and it is NOT replacing any npc's clothes thanks...

 

now please if you know one that works well let me know thanks

You could also search with the word replacer on the nexus and then go through all the pages till you find it. When I use the search option I usually go through the list the ones I want to look at I right click them and open them in a new page as this prevents the site from resetting back to the main page and then having to put the words back into the search bar and trying to remember what page you were on.  http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/11824//?
