I've just run into the previously reported issue with the chastity ring set... apparently it hasn't been resolved yet. That's a shame, because I was really looking forward to trying those out! :(


 


I tested a bit, and get the following behavior with a completely naked character:


- When equipping the rings, I get two messages about equipping. The first talks about labia and clit rings, the second one talks only about a clit ring. It would seem that second one is extraneous.


- After equipping the rings, they are not visible on the character. They are not clipped inside; the model is in fact not displaying. However the character is fully naked, and I disabled all Devices Underneath settings.


- When trying to take them off again, while having a piercing tool in the inventory, I get the following reactions:


--- Choosing "Take out with tool" results in a message saying "The harness you are wearing prevents you from inserting this piercing."


--- Choosing "Force them out" results in a message saying "The belt you are wearing prevents you from inserting this piercing."


--- Choosing "Carry on" results in a message saying "You successfully unlock the chastity rings", followed by unequipping the item.


- When trying to take the rings off while NOT having a piercing tool in the inventory, I get the following reactions:


--- Choosing "Force them out" results in the same message as above


--- Choosing "Carry on" results in a message saying "You do not possess the correct key to manipulate this chastity rings."


 


- After equipping one of the three locks, they show up just fine. Just hovering in midair because the rings are missing.


- Equipping the lock also auto-equips the rings if not present already, as it should.


- If I now try to unequip the rings, I only get one choice, namely "Carry on". This results in the same two messages as above, depending on whether or not I carry a piercing tool. This includes the successful removal of the rings, despite the lock still being locked in place.


 


Bonus edit:


- With the lock still in place, trying to re-equip the piercings results in a message stating "Your cannot equip these piercings, due to the belt she wears."


- Unlocking the lock at any time works perfectly fine.

I was hoping those errors were innocuous, although they sure look ugly!  But as I proceed to play this game I'm having weird bugs and CTD's and am trying to track down the source of the problems.  In my current build, CD, DD-I, Cursed Loot, and SD+ all seem to be throwing errors. I'd like to get a clean start so I've gone back to my saves-after-installs and chekcing the logs trying to see what is going wrong.  Attached is the log from when I added Captured Dreams.

Registered User: you have a broken (out of synch) DD item. In the console, show your inventory and delete every unnamed, worn item. Except the worn-under item. DD still thinks you have a harness on.

OK, thank you!  I guess it's back to figuring out what I've done wrong with Cursed Loot. Most of the errors and stack dumps are coming from it, and a few from SD+.

actually people I kind of stumbled onto the problem I was having who is the quest locking up at the Embassy. who is all based on not having the right ZAZ animation pack installed. I should have had the main installed Instead I had the German.

OK, thank you!  I guess it's back to figuring out what I've done wrong with Cursed Loot. Most of the errors and stack dumps are coming from it, and a few from SD+.

 

 

 

DD mods can be script intensive when a number of devices are being equipped / unequipped all at once. Rarely do I see issues from them but if other mods are experiencing errors as well it can overload papyrus. Also, just because Cursed Loot / SD+ are having the stack dump errors does not mean they are the cause of them, they may have just been caught up in the overload and have been damaged because of them.

 

Something I suggest is that mods that have an option to adjust the polling rate (how often they check the surroundings) that they be turned down. An example is Aroused Creatures, it polls creatures nearby every 5 seconds, I changed that to 30 seconds.

I did not know there was a difference between the two other than the German version being localized. It may be the version used to make the Localized version was not the most recent.

My character shows one single unnamed 'worn' item. How do I remove it? I've very little experience with the console, I had to google how to even bring up the inventory list. The commands I found for getting rid of items, like player.unequipitem, player.removeitem or player.drop do nothing at all to this item.

 

EDIT: interestingly, this item shows up in every save I have of this character, even older ones.

If the item ID ends in 40F0C it is the Device Hider from Integration and should be there.

If it is any other id than 40f0c, the syntax in the console is removeitem xxxxxxxx 1, where xxxxxxxx is the id shown by inv. Of course you have to have yourself targeted. Prid 14 or prid 20. Whichever works.

Yeah, it is the device hider. My character definitely is not wearing anything else that could cause the misbehavior in the chastity rings, I'm afraid... they're just borked. ;)

Hi there!

I'm meeting Elenwen for the first time, and when she comes out of the door to meet my PC, she just stops. No dialogue, no continuing, nothing.  The only thing that happens is my PC looks around.  I currently have the Sexlab aroused Redux mod, because when I did this scene the first time with the normal Sexlab aroused, I had a C++ runtime error.  What exactly is going on? I'd like to get this mod to work but...

Yeah, it is the device hider. My character definitely is not wearing anything else that could cause the misbehavior in the chastity rings, I'm afraid... they're just borked. ;)

 

I didn't have much of a chance to test them with the last version of Integration so it likely happened then.

 

 

Hi there!

I'm meeting Elenwen for the first time, and when she comes out of the door to meet my PC, she just stops. No dialogue, no continuing, nothing.  The only thing that happens is my PC looks around.  I currently have the Sexlab aroused Redux mod, because when I did this scene the first time with the normal Sexlab aroused, I had a C++ runtime error.  What exactly is going on? I'd like to get this mod to work but...

 

The C++ error is from SexLab and is a known issue but should only happen during a sex scene (there are none in the entry way scene). If Elenwen is not starting the dialogue then it is likely that someone is out of position (her, you or the guard) or some other mod has interrupted the scene by trying to take over one of them.

òkay so i removed Captured Dreams Shop with CD - Female Ebassy guards and CD leia the slave. and now it works fine with no problems.




 


wel tryed everything uninstalled everything reinstalled and now every item clips through corsets harnesses bra's ect it seems like dd underneath doesn't even do anything. so im trying it it once more without CDS if that doesn't work im deleting everything.




 




got a problem with CDS chastity bras ect do not work with DD underneath for me any way to fix this?




 


Well, first check the Device Hider Menu Options in Devious Devices Integration,


 


By default Bra's are hiden by armor slot 32 basically all vanilla chest pieces.


 


Custom Slave Harness also occupies slot 32 and so we get a lot of false reports on that one.


 


If the Bra wont work after that then you might want to check and see if you installed DDi and DD Assets, and also DDX properly cause CD doesn't contain meshes and its working 100% for myself and a lot of others.


 


What I'm getting at is its very likely your going to get the same issue with the normal padded bra.


 


After that it could be that somehow the Bra just didn't get put on because of slow script firing which can be a symptom of too many mods buggering up the game engine.


 


Sometimes not often but if you get a faulty Device and just place it in a container and pull it out again it'll start working again.

Alright, I've had a few issues while playing through the Captured Dreams quest line. Nothing game breaking except for the automated player controls in the Elewen section; which never crashed my game, only forced me to learn how to use the Reset Options in the MCM Menu (Thank you so much for that by the way).


I'll start off by saying that Captured Dreams has been my unquestionably favorite mods since I found LL; I've been neglecting it since Cursed Loot came out, but I'm back at it again.


 


So my first issue is with the Assist A Customer quest. The quest itself is fine, but it's at the end when Master re-equips any Captured Dreams equipment I was wearing at the start of Tavish's visit where I have trouble. Master re-equips everything except for the plug and piercings I was wearing. I assume that the belt/bra is getting equipped before the plug/piercings, which means the plug/piercings are then being blocked by the belt/bra (that's no fun).


 


The next problem I ran into was when Master removed a gag for me. I'll preface by saying that I was in the middle of a Free Trial of the Captured Dreams equipment, so I had a belt, bra, arm and leg cuffs, and collar. So when Master puts a belt, plug, and collar on you for not being able to pay her release fee, it would remove all my CD equipment and only re-equip the belt, plug, and collar. Essentially, I got out of my bra and cuffs for a 4000g fee. The Free Trial quest was unaffected by it and wasn't an issue; but, Master let me try the bra and cuffs as well as the belt and collar, so I want to keep trying them until she decides my Free Trial is over.


 


My final issue(s) come from the main quest line, so I'm going to put it in spoilers. This way anyone who hasn't done the quest line won't accidentally see too much.



So the Elewen section was a bit of a shit storm for me. I initially disregarded the message that said to save in my prison cell between days, I quickly learned to take that advice. I ended up playing through the entire section twice, and the second time was much easier for me. I finally decided that most of my issue was stemming from the Play Random Idle mod I use; I disabled the random idles with the in-game power and the whole thing smoothed out a little bit. I finally figured out to use the MCM menu to enable player controls to manually get onto the rack, then the wooden horse, the stocks, etc. Then to use the MCM Menu again to disable player controls once the dialogue progressed. At some point however, like when pleasing the guards, that I would just have to sit and physically wait for the mod to stop stalling. I don't have any mods that change the Thalmor embassy, excluding perhaps the Unofficial Skyrim Patches.



 


 


In conclusion, love the mod and I cannot wait for Master to officially make me one of her slaves and make my belt permanent. Hope I was helpful and thanks for making my Skyrim much more interesting.

Yes, sorry, I should have been more clear:

 

The first time I met Elenwen, I made it to the first sex scene; however right when the first sex scene was about to start, I got the C++ runtime error.

I looked through the forum, and someone recommended getting the Sexlab Aroused Redux mod, which I picked up.  NOW, the animation just gets stuck.  I don't think it's a mod that's getting in the way: I currently use Sexlab Submit + DD +DAYMOYL, Prison Overhaul, and Cursed Loot.  I think it is because of the characters getting stuck- but is there anyway to reset just a scene? To try and get the characters into position?

Ah, didn't even occur to me that the Free Trial was ending and switching over to the fee system, even though she says it when she takes them off. It just made sense to me that she was putting the Trial on hold until the debt is taken care of, my misunderstanding.

 

It's certainly possible that script delay is causing the issue with the plugs. I do get frame drops in cities and run out of VRAM after a while, I mean I'm not even running an ENB. I may have to try allocating more memory to SKSE. Either that or take a look at my SkyrimPrefs, but I have no idea what I'm doing in that file.

 

Well with the Embassy...

...I'll get to the point where I'm standing in front of the rack, then the assistant will equip the blindfold and gag. After that I believe Elewen mentions getting me onto the rack, but the assistant raises her hand, an equip sound plays, nothing happens, assistant raises her hand, equip sound plays, nothing happens, over and over until I force control and manually get on the rack. Which is why I assumed it was the Random Idle mod, canceling the scene each time. Same problem as the X Bondage at the end of the Elewen quest when she puts the piercing on. I have to force my character onto the X Bondage dealy otherwise we all just sit there awkwardly waiting while my character is naked.

 

 

Anyway, looks like a lot of my issues were just my bad and potentially lag. Thanks for the follow up.

After that I believe Elewen mentions getting me onto the rack, but the assistant raises her hand, an equip sound plays, nothing happens, assistant raises her hand, equip sound plays, nothing happens, over and over until I force control and manually get on the rack. Which is why I assumed it was the Random Idle mod, canceling the scene each time. Same problem as the X Bondage at the end of the Elewen quest when she puts the piercing on. I have to force my character onto the X Bondage dealy otherwise we all just sit there awkwardly waiting while my character is naked.

 

 

Anyway, looks like a lot of my issues were just my bad and potentially lag. Thanks for the follow up.

 

 

The script setup I have in the current release seems to get slowed down easily. If the assistant is still trying to remove the items then the removal / equip scripts are running slow or isn't finishing properly so the scene won't move on. I am working on new scripts to handle the equip / removal of items and, so far, is working better but I have not made a script to handle the quest items yet.

 

If you are running out of VRam then some of the textures you are using are too large and you may want to use smaller textures for any small items.

Urgh; I'm trying a lot of different things here, and I cannot get the scene to progress.  You mentioned what might be the problem, but do you have any ideas for what might be a solution? I've tried disabling certain mods and checking and re-checking over and over again, and I've tried using the console to force Elenwen into position near my PC, nothing has worked.  Is there something in the MCM I'm missing, or anything? or is the Sexlab Redux mod breaking Captured Dreams?
