Help A Pathetic Noob In Need of Assistance?

I've tried following a guide but it doesn't work...mostly. I got a sexout, MCM menu, along with resources. But no options via dialogue. Nor do they strip. Plus the player body goes invisible except head, hands, and reckon feet and they'll stand there and that's it when I tried Sexkey.

Still nothing. Just two menus in MCM and nothing else. What do I need to do anything?

Remove Shared resources, it's obselete

Will that fix things or do I need other mods as well to have interactions and what not?

Right now you have nothing but the stuff needed to run the sexout mods you need to download the sexout mods that you want to use and install them and pay attention to what they require. http://www.loverslab.com/forum/36-downloads-fallout-sexout/
