beginner help with dmra bbb, mbp modding

Yes, i am a complete noob at modding oblivion, just started today.

Been modding some in Morrowind, but oblivion seems more complex.

My problem is that when i have all my mods installed, i get no dmra model in the starting place, tried many races.

and when i tried the BBB total replacer complation, it seemed like something happened, but boobs was glitchy and streched 30 meters forward.

(have installed universal skeleton)

screen shot of my oblivion mod manager is attached.

(at the top is the only mod you cant see oblivion.esm)

and i have been using boss(it fixes the load order?)

Help would be very much appricated as i have tried many, many hours in vain :(

Anytime I've ever had body parts stretching to infinity and beyond it's always been an issue with the skeleton. Keep in mind that many mods come with a skeleton included which will overwrite your universal skeleton if you don't keep an eye on it.

As a whole the order in which you install things plays a role.

For the skeleton I highly recommend THIS one. It comes with 3 different types. Use the 'Data' folder from the 'Controlable Skeleton' folder. Just drag and drop that 'Data' folder into your game's directory. Don't use the 'Total Controlable Skeleton' unless you know what you are doing.

I highly recommend the Unofficial Oblivion Patch as well, as it fixes A LOT of issues with the original game.

Also make sure you have ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated installed. That is a huge and helpful step if happened to miss it.

As Mr. Firedoom has correctly pointed out most boob stretching is a missing skeleton - like 99% of the time. However a bad kf (animation) or a bad mesh can also cause this.

A wise idea (one you likely are familiar with from morrowind) always unzip your mods to a temp folder and browse their contents. If they include a skeleton and a female nude upper or lower mesh - find out if it is BBB compatible and why the hell they have it in there.

The unofficial patch will in no way fix your current problem but it is a wise install if you aren't running OOO or FCOM (if you are then UOP is not needed).

Also to post your load order instead of screenshots that don't show all your mods:

hit the import/export button in obmm, then view load order, then copy it and paste it here. Please use a spoiler with load orders :)

If you boobs are still glitching then do this:

1. Reinstall your body mod - I am guessing DMRA :)

2. Reinstall the "controllable skeleton" by growlf call "universal skeleton" at the link firedoom both posted.

3. Lastly install the walk system you favor - if umpa then download and install in this order:

A. Install this first http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=15829

B Then overwrite with this: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=34232

Holler if you have problems after doing this - and welcome to the forum :)

Also you have run archive invalidation yes? If not then this could be the problem.

Did you start a new game or load a saved game? If you didn't start a new game try that and see if things are still bugged.

If things are still bugging out and you reinstalled in the exact order that I gave you with no change then uncheck the DMRA-BBB-Total Replacer Compilation.esp and start another new game to see if the problem persists.

i started a new game..

i will try to reinstall the mods one more time.

but if i take off all mods there is no problem, so its no main corrupted files.

if i ONLY have the dmra, the error is still there, so i guess it have to do with them. Dont know if i have all the dmra mods i need?

(is the, BBB for Edhildil's Double Melons Round Ass Body replacer, the "main" file? of course i have installed the stock clothing too)

Yea that file only has 4 meshes in it with. While that is actually enough to work if you have a compatible skeleton and textures. If not........:(

Anytime :)

Now before you forget make a backup of your oblivion folder before adding any more mods so you don't ever have to go through this again :)

lol it works now /facepalm

hmmm dunno why the fine tuned drma was not included in http://oblivionarmors.blogspot.com/2011/05/dmra-bbb-complete.html

ah maybe its only bbb.... :) guy who made it could inform :)

Most likely because some people are really touchy about having their work uploaded as part of another mod. A small infringement could get a person banned on Nexus, so people tend to be very careful in what they include.

Also, you asked about the blend file. It's not used by oblivion. It's merely meant for modders who want to edit it themselves.

As gregathit said, always unpack files to a separate location first and check out the contents before installing. Also keep backups of all the stuff you install, in case something accidentlly overwrites it. This is likely to happen a lot with skeletons, and sometimes body meshes/textures.
