Although that version does have the .esp file however, it still requires the resource files from the English version which are not included with it.

I read a review about WEYE_TICS.

It stuttering all the time and the frame rate goes down to 2.There are better Weye Mods.

Ok, I found a link for the file on a website, but it has to be downloaded via third party software.
