Yeah there was no readme and I actually don't use the mod anymore. However, there's a quicker way than the GECK.

I use FOMM and usually open an esp in TESsnip, then navigate to the cell tree and see whats edited/added.

In this particular one, there's a steel mill that's edited but I can tell you it's not in there. In fact, BlackBlossom left a vague description of where it was.

The other edited cell is the Van Graff Warehouse, so I'd check there. Worse comes to worst, just grab the ID for the gun.
