Slowing down custom dialouge

I'm very new to Oblivion and I've only got a few mods running, most are from here.

 

So far my biggest peeve (apart from the random CTD) is when I'm running a custom mod, and I get information about the current quest by some NPC, most of the time the text runs by too quickly for me to catch the really important details and the journal entries some times are not informative enough.

 

Is there something like Fus'Ro'Doh that can slow things down?

I already have that running, and still some subtitles go too fast. Case in point, the slavers quests in Bravil Underground.

Maybe it works if you replace the 8 sec sound file with a much longer one.

Subtitles at the bottom of the screen are what elys fixes.

 

Stuff at the top left of the screen....nothing can fix other than breaking out the CS and fixing it yourself.  Sorry.

Might try MenuQue and set the default time in the ini file.
