Male dresses

Any modders out there who could make a female dress mesh fit a male body?

I'm really interested in mainly the longer ball gown. But if someone could do both the short and long that would be nice. I have never modeled or edited a model so I don't know how it works but if you could make the male form still seem womenly while in this dress...like give some nice curvy hips...thinner waist?
