Extravagant House Mods?

After a month or two of hardcore Skyrim, me and my friend decided to see what updates came to the lovers community. We're going to re-install Oblivion, but without the pretense of it being anything but a giant sexed out modfest. She wants a giant mansion castle estate-esque area to hide all of her sex slaves and experiments, and I felt the best place to ask for suggestions would be here.

In the vein of castle estate mansion etc, what home mod would you all recommend?

Oh man, i used to do this in Morrowind ( with Castle Vianden. Shame no one ported that one over to Oblivion. )

It adds a sort of Dark age castle on top of the Gnoll mountain. Lots of of awesome historical references to Vlad Dracula and stuff. Very dark and grim atmosphere and it comes with a dungeon perfect for this.

You could try Northshore Estate. I don't know if this is modern enough for you, but I'd assume it's more modern than a Dracula castle. Comes complete with a full housing and gardening staff and its own business that you can collect from. Just beware FPS issues in the house.

This one is sweet but should be used with the Imperial Furniture Store mod...could use some extra beds for companions. Great fps.
