Anybody have a working link for Havok Intel SDK for programmers?

I can't remember what the site is called, but its the one where you can post text on and give links to other people-there's a file called bwild.txt that has a link to all the havok stuff if I remember right. The name of the site escapes me, but you probably know what it is-programmers usually upload snippets of code on it, but you can use the site for anything.

Went to re-register and redownload the 2010 package today to find the site seems to still be buggy. :/

It seems to break alot ;s when I was trying to download it I read on their forums that they had the same problems just a couple months before.
