Assigning custom voice to custom race?

How do you do this?

 

I made a standalone lop-ears elf because I don't really like using MBP(way too many assets I wont use, overwhelms my ocd), but now I'm trying to figure out how to make it use a custom voice, in combat, the generic_hit/powerattack.lip and .mp3 files.

 

If anyone can teach me the ways of the voice, I'd appreciate it.

I know there's a common myth that using google might in some way cause undersireable effects, but I promise it is not the case.

 

In fact, not only won't it hurt you, it will also allow you to find what you want faster & without having others make sarcastic remarks like this one.
