Access Help Needed!! :/

Hey everyone. Im looking for someone who is experienced with Access to help me create my database and set up my tables properly to HOPEFULLY work the way I want. I just cant get it right :/ :(   I have Access 2013 but I dont think what Im having problems with has probably changed much. Post here or PM me if you like!
