You do but if you open open the archived file, it's pretty self-explanatory. There are five animations in "o" 001-005.

no i check the file structure and put it in my nmm mods folder. then told nmm to install it then ran the fnis generate for users.exe

make sure to have the fnis spells. the mods uses slot o1-o5

more should be added soon if any info comes out hopefully.

Here's the file for the eye patch, but I believe it's for a males head.

There are optional textures inside, but to get the same as seen in image, you need to use gimp. (I read the owners blog)
