Request: Positioning mod for the Service Rifle

Being one of my favourite guns in the game (don't ask why, because I don't know myself) it always irked me that I could only use it while wearing NCR armor, because it was the only armor that didn't show the massive gap it leaves if you wear anything else. Is there something out there that addresses this?  I've looked on the nexus, but found nothing.
