load order 1st thing, make sure all fnv esm and expansions are loaded first, 2nd, i believe prideslayer said something about the SexoutSharedResources.esm was outdated or had a problem, switch too the common resources esm. Its been two mos since i played FNV, the esm amy be fixed

 

Laod:

DeadMoney.esm Active

then everything else

 

Last make sure you have NVSE and the extender

Ok I got Common and disabled Shared. But my new problem is I can't use the menu. Only MCM but load, save, quit, options, etc. can't be clicked. They're grayed out. Hmm.
