been playing with defeat v5b1 and after an event my charecter lays on the ground. and i cant move after that. what am i supposed to do. i am useing sexlab v139b

Looks to me the mod has been updated to sexlab 1.54+

You need to use an older version of Defeat with 139b - v4.2.1.
