Fallout 3 radio problems

Not exactly LL-related, but these boards have been helpful in the past, so I figured I'd try my luck.

My problem is that the Pip-boy does not show any radio stations other than Galaxy News and Vault 101 (greyed out). Specifically, it does not show Conelrad and Existence Radio, though I've downloaded both several times and installed them both manually and using FOMM, toggling Archive Invalidation, using clean saves, switching the load order around, all that jazz. The files are there, the esps are where they belong, but the game doesn't appear to notice.

Anyone know what's up?

Did you install the update and:

Delete folder: \Data\Sound\Voice\CONELRAD 640-1240.esp\MaleOld01

Per the readme?
