Hostile Companions in Whiterun

Thats it, i started a new Playthrough in skyrm, and now for some unknown reason when i get closer to the Companions vs Giant scene, they become hostile and start attacking everyone there

Lmao ... would help to know what all the mods you have loaded are.

Usually that happens to me when i attack the 3 imperial soldiers to release the stormcloack prisoner on the way to Whiterun.

i think if you accidentally hit any of the companions during the giant raid will make them go aggressive this way they will go red and attack anyone on side. so i try to either not get to close or help attacking killing this giant. But they will not make it easy they will usually be in the way and 1 hit will cause this.

nope, when they kill the giant, they go apeshit and goes hostile with everyone

 

 

i teste that via console and farkas goes apeshit

You must have something affecting factions. An incompatibility issue with such a mod is the most likely cause for this i think.

its just farkas going apeshit and being hostile to everyone, like if he has a bandit AI

Disable any mods that affect factions and see what happens. Sanguines Debauchery, etc

Odd enough, I ran into Farkas near a hunters cabin East(maybe) of Whiterun. I thought, hey, ya know random stuff in Skyrim, but then he ape-shat and attacked me. Got him down easily and was prepared to run, but Arissa decided she wanted to rape him, and after that he was fine. Laughed so hard though.

I think i know what is happening i have seen this before. Do you have any bounty on you ?? if so then maybe he trying to arrest you even though he should not been able too. This only happened to me when i used mods like Alternate start and a start like bandit or forsworn where high amount of bounty is added your character at game start.

 

Combine that with mods like prison overhaul and you should have any of those companions going ape shit on you. the moment they see you.
