Archive Invalidation

I'm doing a clean install of Oblivion after reformatting my computer and I've run into the Archive Invalidation error. I know I've fixed it in the past but I'm completely drawing a blank on how and all the tutorials I've found are for earlier versions of OBMM and Wyre Bash. Anyone kind enough to help?
