SHY went bust. Something happened that caused the admin to take down the site. No one knows of any alternative site, either. (At one point Loda was the next safe haven, but I hear that one is also going down.)

EDIT: I'll admit I have noticed parts of SHY are still up, which is weird, but for sure no one can actually upload anything to the server anymore.

I tripped across this yesterday. It is SHY-ish and seems to have started right about the time SHY stopped with some of the same authors.

yeah shy is gone, people started to upload fake files and viruses so the admin pulled the plug. I'm glad that the japanese community managed to regroup and continue on but the new site just isnt the same without some of the old uploaders. I miss looking at there screens and being amazed. Still I see SPB is active with modding oblivion so I maintain hope

That's not entirely correct. I have been able to access SHY every now and then.

I think some of us can access to SHY while others not.

I have try to download this mod from SHY(Crowded Roads Advanced NPC Beautify(SHY)but the first time i download it i manged to get it but the second time i cant.

I saw someone looking for it a while back, but I figured they wanted the one that was already translated. I didn't see a ton of archives there, but LoversMagic and a Japanese version of LoversGGBlackmailv.02 sort of jumped out at me.... and some car/cart/wagon thang.
