Minor and weird issues with mods

I am one of those people who likes to track down the cause of every single bug I run across when I'm playing with mods, and if possible, to solve them. These issues are rather minor (well, depends on how you look at it), but annoying. I was hoping someone could help me track what is causing these issues and figure out how to get rid of them.

 

My first issue is that so far every single vanilla book/note with the exception of two or three are completely blank. Yes, that's right. The books are completely empty. I can't turn the page either because there's no more content after the first one. Nothing written on them. This does not happen with books/notes added by mods, and for some reason it hasn't happened to a couple of vanilla notes; specifically, one of them being the note you receive from the jarl of Falkreath, asking you to visit him in order to be his thane. However, after being attacked by the Thalmor in an ambush, I looted the body of one of the soldiers and there was a note named something like "Thalmor Orders", and when I tried to read it, there was nothing written on it.

 

My second issue is that both my character and NPCs sometimes do the 'tripping' animation for no reason whatsoever, out of nowhere. I can also see my screen shaking like if there were dragons flying right above my character when that animation happens.

Sometimes, when my character is sprinting, she'll literally fall on the ground like if she were tripping on something. Although, that is somewhat rare. Only happened about half a dozen of times in my 40h~ playthrough.

What's really bothering me is the first issue. I want that lore!

One last bump. I managed to 'fix' one of the issues. Well, more like found out what it was from. The tripping is causing by the character drinking alcohol and trying to sprint. I have no idea why it happens to NPCs, though. Not sure which mod adds it but at least I figured out what it did.

Now for the issue with books. No one? Not even a guess?
