Construction set script editor - language display

Is it possible to make the script editor in the CS display other languages? I'm looking into doing a little script editing, but comments tend to be in Japanese, which the script editor just displays as garbage (so I can't even copy+paste to translate).

Searched around a bit, didn't find the answer, apologies if this is a stupid question.

edit: It was a stupid question. For any others curious, using Wrye Bash to export the scripts will then allow you to open them in the editor of your choice. Durr.
