Can't Download Anything...

So here's the thing. Been wanting to get a few mods off here for a couple of weeks now. However the download button will not activate. Don't know why, Apparently I'm not the only one who is having this problem, Someone posted that you needed to have at least ten posts in order to download anything. Someone else posted they posted ten things and still can't download. I figured I'd post this here for everyone else to see, so that way we might get a working solution. To be honest, I didn't sign on to this site to socialize, I signed onto this site to download mods that are not available on nexus, which reminds me, thank you to the modders for making these available for everyone to use.

I can say I'm not having that problem, mine is slightly different, though I think it's because they're reworking the whole downloads section currently (or so I heard).

problems i'm experiencing:

most mods I search for don't show up.

entering more than one search term (devious works but not devious devices) leads to a 'no search results' page. give them some time to fix it, I suppose.

I am having the exact same issue.  I have tried Firefox, chrome and IE with the same results, so it is not a browser issue and I have just updated drivers like Java.  Attempts to download before and after updates do nothing.  Example location: http://www.loverslab.com/files/file/156-zaz-animation-pack-2014-08-29/

Did you already try with another computer?

 

 

 1- Don't know what you did install on your computer to break it.

 2- Did you already try to download with another account  ?

 

 

If you already did that well can't really help anymore.

I can only download using IE without IDM, because Firefox can not download anything from this site.

Just tried it, works pefectly fine for me.

- FF 32.0.2

- Java 7.67 & 8.20 (32 and 64 for both versions)

- Flash Plugin 15.0.0.152

- JavaScript partly activated (with NoScript addon, only allowed loverslab.com and googleapis.com), Win 7 64bit SP1.

No special exceptions within virus protection, Adblocker activated (sry, but they are too blinky)

Check your internet setting and check your virus scanner.  Most of the time it is one of those two items that are preventing your downloads.

I solved mine by completely uninstalling save nett spyware. Don't know how that thing found it's way in my computer but I am glad to be rid of it. What an asshole. I'll leave a link if you have the same problem.

Hello ! I use Chrome.

I have a low internet connection, and its very difficult to download files on LoversLab. If i downloads little files, it will have no problem. But when I start a bigger download (like SexLab), after a few minute it tell me a network error . So if a download files from anther site (like nexus), it will have no problem.

I've verified my network connection : it is not the problem. I've verifiried antivirus, it is not the problem to. So I've tried to downloads in firefox : I can't download to .  I can not pervert my skyrim .

 

How i can download on LoversLab without network problems ?

Typically I have seen whenever major changes are made to an IP Board hosted site this commonly causes some issues like this. I am not sure if is an actual server issue or code issue, I am leaning more on the side of a code problem. I am sure Ashal and the other fine folks helping him will get this resolved quickly, so just hang in there until the current "LL" growing pains have been resolved, it will all be much better for everyone, you will see.

I have the same problem here, I use Chrome only and got any download started normally, after about 10 MB it suddenly stop saying that some network error happens. Sad because there are many updates there that I would like to get.

Thanks to the Nines some modders started to use mirrors (Mega for instance, that I find it so fine) Believe it or not that makes the downloads so easy particularly 'cause I haven't a broadband so broad. Then, my many thanks to the modders, whom are using some empathy.

I had the same problem yesterday, today i tried to download a mod and it was a no go (tried 3 times) so i checked to see if i needed updates, nope everything was up to date....so then since i use FireFox i checked my plugins and low and behold i noticed i had 2 Java plugins a 7 and an 8 version   so i uninstalled the 7 version and went and tried to reinstall the mod that failed... It installed with no problem   (if you don't use FF go to your uninstall button and check that way to see if you have 2 Java's) hope this helps some of you that are having problems

In my case it is not java problem. I haven't a good stream and the downloads take too much time and I did find that time used is related. It is not about the file but the time used to get it. That is why I'm begging to people use the mirrors. I use 4shared.com to store some stuff and I like mega.co.nz too much but are only suggestions on sites to store mods. People on other game I play uses sharemods.com 

I hope to get other downloads soon with your help.

So it looks like the tracert and ping times are ok, so no lag there, it must be a server time out issue, this can be adjusted by Ashal only.

i am having problems with downloading mod files anything over 5 mb  i get error saying server timed out the server did not follow restart command have been tryin for a while changed my browser tried firefox,chrome, ie,opera tried turning of firewall and antivirus checked my internet setting everthing ok and works while downloading from nexusmod but still not working while trying to download anything from loverslab  anything would b great if someone could point me a way or add a mirror link to animal mansion plz thank you

Sadly the old problem is back. 

The download suddenly stops when reach certain time. It is not about the file size but the time spent in the same link.

I think you will not need the tracert because you already know what the issue is.
