What mod does this? [Dialogue Sex "Hold up a moment, I need to discuss something"]

Can someone help me figure out which one of these SexLab addons add this kind of dialogue sex? You can come up to someone and say "Hold up a  moment, I need to discuss something with you" (or something similar), then you can try to convince the character to have sex with you, but you can fail; depends on things like speech and whatnot.

Thank you both. I had no idea Submit added that feature as well... I thought for sure it belonged to Attraction or Aroused for some reason. Lol

another you could use is Romance as it adds that feature as well
