There is a version of sexlab sperm replacer that increases the amount of cum if you are in a threesome animation instead of a couple animation, I recommend it but i cant remember the name of that plugin

or try the 3dm version of cum replacer in the sexlab framework. that one does it fairly well, although cum might appear too bright for some. at least it did for me, and i dont use visual mods except for climates of tamriel so i dunno if it may be tuned down by some settings

edit: my mistake, it doesn't really add more cum as you get creamed, but it does add more cum if you get creamed in different positions in a short interval
