That's up to the authors of said body replacers to come up with something similar to BodySlide.  And BodySlide works best with CBBE.

If I'm not mistaken, all you need to do is replace the CBBE ShapeData and XML files with similar files for the other bodies.  This would mean replacing the CBBE shapekeys with, for instance, Lady Body shapekeys, create new sliders (XML) and the bodyslide program will treat them no differently than CBBE.  I'm sure there is more to it.

The UNP one works pretty well and it can somewhat simulate the 7base  body as well as the UNP body types.
