Do you have a mod manager? Have you used a mod manager before? If the anwser is no then you will need to download NMM (Nexus mod manager) http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/?There is also the MO mod manager but if you have never used a manager before it is best to use NMM till you learn how to use one as it takes a bit of work to get MO working.

Start NMM and click the the game that you are playing once loaded click the folder and select open NMM's mod folder this is where you put your mod zip/rar files. You do not need to be online to use NMM and it is best to download the mods manually then through NMM. Once you have the mods you want in the folder click the circle arrow thing and select the game again so that it loads the zip/rar's into it. Then click the mod tab and double click each one to install it.

Things you will also need to download. 1. Download LOOT it is needed for sorting your load order otherwise you can have problems like CTD (crash to desktop) if a mod is in the incorrect order in the load order.

2. TES5EDIT this can also help with finding things in the load order that are in the wrong spot after running loot. You will also need it to clean any DLC and any other mod that is marked as having dirty edits as those can cause problems with your game. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/25859/?

3. If you are going to use any of the adult mods as well as many other mods that use it you will need SKSE. http://skse.silverlock.org/

Most mods from here require you to put them into the root directory's "Data" folder.

Some mods here are MCM compatible.
