Download limit?

Hello I read during my searches for a solution to some of the downloading issues I am having that there is a download limit, can this be verified and if so what is it so I can download appropriately

Yes there is a limit if you have downloaded a bunch of stuff you will have to wait for it to reset to download more stuff. Not sure what the limit is but if you were downloading and now can't then you probably hit the limit.
