Strange issue with Bruca's Leap Redoubt

I have had this somewhat strange but persistent issue with Bruca's Leap Redoubt, whenever I enter it for the first time in any game and then get out, the sky gets darker, even though it's still daytime. It happens in pretty much a vanilla game, without ENB, weather mods etc. Anyone else have it?
