Accidently deleted master esm help meeee!!!!

I accidently deleted my master esm file and was wondering if anyone can maybe upload one plz I dont want to risk reinstalling oblivion  :'(

Dam I thought the master esm was the issue but that didnt work basically what happend is I used this mod http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=38800

Renamed and replaced the oblivion exe with the mods exe...

and got this issue

so now I need a new one  :'(...

First thing I did after my last oblivion install was to make a *.7z of my fresh new oblivion folder, a backup like that can be very valuable, do the same with your favorite mods/stuff
