Could anyone possibly help me with my Armour mod?

I was trying to rip and port Samus's Zero suit from other M, The one with the sexy wedge heels :3. and while I did clean it up and generally get it ready, I fail at rigging/weighting so i was hoping anyone could possibly help me finish it.
