4 GB Patch & Oblivion

I run 64 bit system with 4 GB ram and applied 4 GB patch to Oblivion.exe but my pc still uses about 720,936 K. How do I make Oblivion use more memory?

How much memory does your vid card have because the two combined are part of the equation?

Oblivion is CPU driven so it may or may not use the excess memory remember?

You can adjust your stack heaps via sr_Oblivion_Stutter_Remover.ini (the txt file will walk you through the steps to do so and what the recommend settings are). Also streamline has a similar but not as effective feature if you aren't using OSR.

Nvidia Geforce 9800M GTS, 1024 MB. I adjusted OSR iheapsize as recommended but I didn't see any boost, perhaps only 3 FPS in crowded places, but 3 FPS improvement doesn't mean anything it can be purely by chance.
