Help with MO and backing up

Well, after seven long years, it's finally happening. One of my HDs is starting to fail. The one Skyrim is installed on, along with MO.

My question is, is there a way to move it to my other HD? It's installed on Steam, and on normal circumstances I know how moving Steam games from HD to HD works; however, since MO uses a virtual mod folder and whatnot, how can one move all of their Skyrim/MO/TES5EDIT folders to another HD while keeping it intact? Is such thing even possible? Also, is there a way to backup mods individually from within MO itself?

If not, I just have a simple request. I'd like to know how to backup my MO mod list (not the mods themselves). I don't see any options to do so. I know you can open Wrye Bash and save it through there, but there are a bunch of things on the left side of MO (the one that displays all the packages) I don't wanna lose. Most of my mods need updating anyway, so I don't really mind starting it from scratch since MO makes the process so much easier.

I'm just gonna guess here. You can move it wherever you want, It should work. Try copying though, to be sure.
