SkyTweak not working properly

I made a few changes with SkyTweak and I'm 99% sure no other mods change these things as well, or even touch them altogether. However, these changes keep reverting to their vanilla counterpart automatically for no apparent reasons (i.e. I changed the jump height from 70 which is the vanilla height to 150 for roleplaying reasons and it keeps resetting for reason whatsoever). It doesn't seem to happen in any specific occasion (like when I level up or such). Before installing SkyTweak, I used to console command to change things, like player.setav carryweight etc, player.modav healrate -0.7 (which sets health regen to 0), etc. and that worked perfectly. Now, if I try to change things through the console, SkyTweak seems to revert them to their original values. The only thing that doesn't revert to vanilla for whatever reason is how well NPCs see when it's day (which in vanilla it's 15 for something and I changed it to 30). Even if I change things with SkyTweak over and over it still resets.

 

Any clues why? Am I using SkyTweak wrong? Or is any mod on my load order messing with it?
