Game Crash to Desktop when sex animation starts.

I followed the load order guide and and everything seems to work fine once the game starts.  I can access menus, set settings.  MB2 works (the animations play) and I can talk to NPCs to ask them for sex, etc.

However, once the animation actually starts, the game crashes.  This happens whether I initiate sex or when lovers bed triggers and the npcs have sex with each other. 

I've looked through the the backlog threads and usually when animation errors occur the animations just glitch, but the game doesn't crash.  I've tried it with just the base loversPK files and just LoversAdultPlayPlusSSP, and it still crashes. 

I was using 2 animation replacers, personality idles 4 and sensual walk, both of which I disabled, but the crash still occurs.  The only other thing I can think of is I'm using some CT_Addposes.
