windows 8 and LoversLab php/java headache

i made a mistake long ago with installing java or other soft and i can not have any interactive controllers .

exemples : when 'attach files' is selected i can upload a file but can not attach it anyway.

can not copy and past on the site (nothing happends)

can not change color or size of any text just in the first character

it must be a stupid security selected or unselected but can not find it . not even a reinstall helps.

if you have any idee ??? i will be happy to finish with this unconfortable issue.
