I am no expert but you seem to have an awful lot of mods. Have you considered since having such a large list that one or some may conflict with others? Another thing may be you're missing a masters file or incompatibility. I am not 100% about any of this but at least you could start and go from there.

If you are getting in game then it isn't a missing master.

 

Just to be safe sort the load order with LOOT and then run TES5Edit and see if it comes up with any errors.

 

I am no expert but it sounds like it is a mod conflict or you just have more mods than your system can handle.

It sounds very much like what you have is actually a SkyUI corruption, that or one of your mod's MCM menu has a problem in it. I didn't see any problem with your load order, but here's what I want you to do if you haven't;

 

First off run LOOT, you probably have done this already as your load order looked fairly good, but run it again, next load up your load order in TES5Edit to make sure everything can load. After that start a game and pay attention to what the MCM messages say, and what the last message that comes up before you CTD.

 

In your Papyrus I saw a lot of missing property errors from badly installed mods, if it weren't happening with a brand new game I'd say you had uninstalled mods mid play, but you can't have. I think you probably have mods ovewriting each other, what Mod Manager or install way are you using? If you're using NMM... then deeply considering throwing that shit in the garbage can, NMM will ruin your game and probably life as well, it's SHIT, use either Mod Organizer or BAIN to install mods. I have not used BAIN but I've heard good things of it, I use Mod Organizer myself and can only help you in that.

In particular make sure you've cleaned all your mods, especially your Master files, unclean masters could easily have caused this.

 

In case it is a SkyUI or MCM problem, I want you to reinstall SkyUI as well before you try a new game.
