Always got error messages when trying to download anything recently.

Hi, everyone

I think i could use some help here, I had downloaded many good stuff from LL, and the downloading went pretty smoothly. However, I have been receiving error messages recently after clicking on the "download" icon. And the following is the information i got:

Sorry, we couldn't find that!

An internal error occurred. Please contact an administrator [#10850.2]

There are bunches of reasons for this and many of them are stuff that happen on the user end.  Try a different browser and turning off your virus scanner (just during the DL).
