Why would my vampire lose her makeup (eyeliners)?

Any idea on what could cause this? I think I've ran into similar issue back in 2012 and that's why I stopped playing as Vampire.


 


I'm testing my game and see if it's stable, so far so good but I have issues with the vampire race, when I load the save she just appear with no makeup (eyeliners)


 


To me it looks like it's the custom vampireeye mesh that it the source of my problem but I'm not 100% sure.
