Realist RaceMenu 3 Character Preset Share

OK, I'm going to try again, but this time very humbly with my tail firmly tucked between my legs. 

I do apologize for my previous post and for any insult(s) I have inflicted to the members of this community.

I would like to establish a repository, archive and share strictly for

attractive, female and Realistic Racemenu 3 Character Presets.

 

If you do not want to scour through a lot of 'high fantasy' presets, I hope this will eventually become your first destination.

 

If this is not your kind of thing, please move on. 

 

Only 3 "requirements":

1. Realistic representations of the female human/mer form. 
   
2. Please keep it at least somewhat lore-friendly. 
   
3. Post your preset and mods needed to reproduce.
   

 

To clarify, "realistic" & "somewhat lore-friendly" means:

• No anime/manga/moe/waifu
  
• No goat ears or WoW Blood Elf ears
  
• No boobs the size of watermelons or other exaggerated proportions
  

 

Q:  "Hey!  There are already other threads for posting presets!  Why not post there?"

A:  I know, but the overwhelming majority of the characters found there are exactly NOT what we're looking for here.  I would like this to become a haven for those looking for a more 'vanilla-ish' character portfolio.

 

Q:  "I don't think others will find my characters pretty.  Can I still post it?"

A:  If YOU think it's pretty, that's good enough.  I would hope no one will disparage your 'talent on the dials'.  As long as it fits the definitions of "realistic" & "somewhat lore-friendly" it is welcome.  And if you can't make pretty characters but want one, DL someone else's!  That's why they are here :-)

 

Actually, they don't even have to be "pretty".  If you have something 'exotic' (not to use the term too loosely), that you think others would enjoy, feel free to post it.  As long as it would reasonably fit in a somewhat vanilla Skyrim.

Thank you. I don't have any presets to contribute at the moment, since I forgot to backup my old ECE slots before killing off ECE, but I can offer some advice for those having trouble:
 

The image below is called the golden ratio. It's often accepted as the guideline on how to achieve a "perfect" face. Simply put, if your character's face is proportioned according to the ratio, they will appear more "realistic". It tends to be very eurocentric, so It's not the be-all-end-all guideline for faces, but it's a start.

Maybe you should've just said "non-anime/moe/waifu" style, instead of "realistic".

 

It's more distinct, it's highly agreed upon, on what anime/moe/waifu type characters look like. Where calling for something being realistic seems to be much more up in the air. I mean, you posted an Orc, what is an orc exactly faithful to?

 

You did a nice job on the faces, btw.

Come on now, I'm pretty sure everyone knows what OP is talking about. Game realism. Orcs ARE reality in Skyrim. Glasses, boobs that are larger than a woman's head and eyes that take up half of her face aren't. It's not that difficult.

 

I'd post my characters, but I have no idea how to post a preset so other people can use it. (Plus, I'm pretty sure my definition of 'good-looking' might differ from that of other people. I mean, I find orc ladies very attractive. Even vanilla ones.)

Have you tried using mediafire to host your files. As long as their named in a generic way (which your files are) they will be fine, and a free account has unlimited downloads and up to 50gb of file storage (well, mine does - I host a tonne of sim racing mods, and have done for many years).

Correct, NO anime/moe/waifu. (had to look up what "moe" meant, I had no idea...)  No goat ears.  No boobs the size of watermelons. 

 

I understand the word "Attractive" is somewhat subjective.  I've never disparaged others ability to create pretty characters, but I did mock their style preferences... and I don't want to do that again.  If YOU think it's pretty or even somewhat pretty, that's good enough.  I think my orc Shu'gar is pretty, for an orc.  Others may/will disagree. I think Sella is reasonably pretty, though it's hard to make any elf pretty with the features available to elves.  They are just freakin' ugly by default.  In short, don't be bashful posting what YOU think is pretty.  If it could reasonably mesh with a vanilla-ish Skyrim game, it's OK to post it. 

As for file hosting, I'll  soon hit the required number of posts to become a 'full' member, so I'll update my preset links once I can UL them directly to LL.

I know I criticized you in your earlier thread but trying to make up for it by saying your characters are stunning. And I am glad the harshish posts earlier did not deter you. Also I stand corrected about the thread not being necessary as otherwise I wouldn't have been able to gaze upon theses presets.

It's all good, mate.  Water under the bridge.  Like I said in that 'other' thread, I'm a second chance kind of guy... or I just have

a terrible memory...  I don't recall which... Were we arguing?  Bah!  Doesn't matter.  You're here and I hope contributing.  I don't want this thread to die a lonely death :-)  Apologies again for my part in that fiasco.
