FNIS and NMM issues

Both FNIS and NMM require Microsoft .NET 4.5.2 or something like that.... my PC is having issues installing Microsoft .NET and i have attempted everything.... Does anyone here have any insight or ideas on how to fix this? Microsoft support is useless and im not paying them to tell me they have no idea, so please help.

i just said, im having issues installing it... just giving me a link to the download doesnt help me.

Im running Windows 7 Home Premium, i looked through that link you gave me (Thanks for atleast giving me something i had not used or seen yet), but it didnt really help, according to the regedit, everything is correct with the installer.

Hm, I'm out of ideas, but will try to repair my OS.
