Master Robes now look like Expert Robes for females

I had http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/9546/? installed. Armors looked fine, but because the journeyman robe mesh had severe clipping and texture issues, I reverted back to vanilla (or more specifically UNP body slide). However, after doing so, any female wearing master robes (such as Faralda and Colette) look like they are wearing expert robes. As you know, expert robes and master robes both use the journeyman robe mesh, but different textures. However, for some reason, they are currently using the same textures. I have NifSkope installed, if that is necessary, but someone walk me through how to get master robes to use master robe textures again?

2 questions, and sorry, if this turns into a whole Nifskope tutorial thread (I just got NifSkope, and, for some reason, the tutorials on the NifSkope website assume that you are modding Morrowind and Oblivion), but because the journeyman robe meshes are used for both expert and master robes, doing this won't inadvertently make expert robes look like master robes (the opposite of my current problem), right?  Also, because the textures that I want are vanilla textures, will they still be stored in the textures folder or the textures .bsa file (most vanilla resources are stored in .bsa files rather than individual folders)?

I thought that mageapprentice and magejourneyman were the 2 meshes?  Apprentice meshes are used for novice, apprentice, and adept robes in-game, depending on the texture, while journeyman meshes are used for expert and master robes in-game, depending on the texture, right?

Out of sheer desperation, I have attached the 2 mesh files for journeyman robes (which are used in-game for expert and master robes) as made by http://www.loverslab.com/topic/11468-bodyslide-unp-v04-30-sliders/ I obviously cannot attach the texture files because they are vanilla textures and are therefore in the textures .bsa file.  I've been trying to teach myself how to correct texture paths by looking through http://niftools.sourceforge.net/wiki/NifSkope/Setting_the_Texture_Search_Path However, because vanilla textures are in the .bsa file.  Would they still be in the textures folder?  When I tried to auto-detect game paths, it said that no supported games were detected.

Again, because my knowledge of .nif files is next to nothing, I'm not quite sure how they "work".  For example, Nirya http://uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Nirya and Faralda http://uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Faralda wear expert robes and master robes, respectively, which use the same mesh (the journeyman robe mesh) but should use different textures, as you can see from the images.  However, in my game, it is the same texture.  Can meshes be connected to more than one texture?  On the other hand, in a crazy little experiment of mine, I tried to replace the Leia bikini http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/7327 with Nocturnal clothes.  I did not expect it to work properly because Nocturnal clothes only have 1 texture, while the bikini has several color options, but somehow, it did work.  How are meshes and textures supposed to be related to one another?
