Immersive Sex Based Skyrim?

Could anyone suggest a list of mods, including graphics and game play, that would allow me to have a very real and immerse skyrim game? I've played vanilla to much and want a big change. I don't mean changing all the main quests, i just wanted something new, preferably revolving slightly around sex and slavery mods etc.
